Feldman's Big Payday

The Rangers have signed Scott Feldman to a contract extension through the 2012 season with a club option for 2013. Feldman will get $2.425 million this season, $4.4 million in 2011, and $6.5 million in 2012.

If the Rangers retain Feldman's services for the 2013 season, he'll earn $9.25 million with a $600,000 buyout. Feldman is guaranteed $13.925 million. Not bad for a guy who was drafted in the 30th round in 2003 as a reliever.

Kevin Youkilis was 1-3 against the Nationals.

Ryan Braun was 1-3 against the Tigers.

Adam Stern was 1-1 with 2 SBs (his 5th and 6th) against the Tigers.
