Ian Kinsler was 0-4 with 1 run scored against the Royals. Good luck projecting what Kinsler will hit next year. His average has been all over the place in his first 4 seasons. He hit .286 as a rookie. In 2007, he hit .263. Last year, he hit .319. This year, he's hitting .242. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Another 25-game hitting streak would serve him well right now...

I'm really surprised at Kinsler's batting. Really thought he would have a better year. But there is still time for him to get hot.
