Feldman Tames The Tigers In Game 2

Batting 3rd, Ryan Braun was 2-4 with 1 double (his 6th) against the Cardinals. Braun is still hitting .500 in the postseason. Yeah, that's not a typo. The series is tied 1-1. Game 3 will be played on Wednesday.

Batting leadoff, Ian Kinsler was 0-5 against the Tigers.

Scott Feldman pitched 4 1/3 scoreless innings on 1 hit, 0 BBs, and 4 Ks against the Tigers. His groundball to flyball ratio was 6-2. Feldman kept the Rangers in the game after starter Derek Holland was pulled before he could finish 3 innings. Feldman is definitely the unsung hero of this game for the Rangers. They lead the series 2-0. Game 3 will be played on Tuesday.

Feldman has been spectacular. Featured him heavily in today's post. I'm a happy clam for him.
